South Korea won the debut match

Korean national volleyball team succeed to defeat Oman in the first day of the 18th Asian Sr. Men’s Volleyball championship.
As the public relations of volleyball federation, South Korea and Oman teams started their competition today at 1.00 pm at Azadi 12000 Capacity Hall where South Korea concluded the match 3-0 (25-19, 25-17, 29-27).
South Korea will get ready to face Thailand tomorrow (on Saturday) at 15.00 pm. While Oman will line up against Pakistan at 13.00 pm.
The 18th Asian Sr. Men’s championship commenced today on Friday and will last up to August 8, 2015. 16 teams within four pools are to compete. Here are the groupings:
Pool A: Iran, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, and China Taipei
Pool B: Australia, India, Turkmenistan, and Qatar
Pool C: South Korea, Thailand, Pakistan and Oman
Pool D: China, Japan, Sri Lanka, and Bahrain

Here are the words expressed by either side at the press room:
Oman captain: we should have appeared better in front of Korea, we have practiced a lot last year and we should have achieved better results.
Korea Captain, Young Min Ki Won: it is the first match, we could not have more expectation but the most important result is the victory and we are glad to achieve it.
South Korea coach: the main goal of Korea in the 18th Asian championship is to be amongst the top final four.
Oman Head coach, Mohammad Al-Shavazi: our players committed so many mistake, so that we could not gain the desirable result but we hope to compensate this mistake in the next matches
